The service

ClubShift is a staff-scheduling platform for golf operations: clubs collect crew availability, generate draft schedules, and publish them after director approval. By creating an account or subscribing a club, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

Sign-in is by private email link. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for the accuracy of the roster emails your club enters. A club's director controls who is on the club's roster and what they can see.

Your club's data

Your club owns its data — the roster, availability, schedules and hours. We process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. On cancellation, your data stays exportable for 90 days, then we delete it.

Subscription & billing

• Pricing is a flat rate per club as shown on the pricing section — no per-staff fees.
• Monthly plans renew month-to-month; cancel anytime and the plan simply stops at the end of the paid period. Yearly plans run out the term you paid for. No termination fees.
• A new club pays nothing until its first real schedule is published.
• Founding-club rates stay locked for as long as the subscription stays active.

Scheduling responsibility

ClubShift is a tool, not legal advice, and it does not replace your club's own judgment or obligations as an employer. Your club remains responsible for complying with the labor laws that apply to it — including wage and hour rules, break and rest requirements, overtime, youth-employment restrictions, and any predictive-scheduling or fair-workweek ordinance in your jurisdiction. Schedule and hours figures in the product are computed from the shift times your club configures and are not a system of record for payroll.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform: no attempting to access another club's data, no probing or disrupting the service, no entering data you don't have the right to enter, and no reselling access without an agreement with us.

Service, warranty & liability

We work to keep ClubShift fast, correct and available, and we ship improvements continuously — but the service is provided "as is," without warranties, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount your club paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

Termination

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, with notice and a chance to export your data except where the breach makes that unreasonable.

Changes & governing law

If these terms change materially we'll notify active clubs by email before the change applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
